The First International Competition-Festival "Symphony of Kindness" to Be Held in Yakutsk

As part of the directive from Russian President Vladimir Putin, the Higher School of Music of Yakutia is organizing the first International Competition-Festival "Symphony of Kindness." This was announced by the Rector of the Higher School of Music of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia), Nadezhda Zaikova, during a broadcast of the GTRK "Sakha" program "Direct Conversation."

"In the document signed by Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin — a list of the President’s official instructions — after extensive coordination, this directive was approved. It includes a provision that, in June 2025, we are to organize the first international competition 'Symphony of Kindness' in Yakutsk, covering all types of instruments taught at our school. Participants will compete across various age categories, from children to adults. We received support from 11 federal subjects of the Far Eastern Federal District. Up to 1,800 participants are expected. Two hundred individuals will be named laureates and diploma winners of the competition. What’s also important is that the event has been included in the official list of competitions and olympiads recognized by the Russian Ministry of Education. Far Eastern students who win will receive additional points when applying to any university in the Russian Federation," noted Nadezhda Zaikova.
