In his speech, he emphasized the significance of the Competition-Festival for developing the cultural potential of the Far Eastern Federal District (FEFD) and strengthening international ties. “The project was initiated by the order of the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, following his visit to Yakutsk last year, where he toured the Higher School of Music. This competition aims to promote cultural cooperation, strengthen connections between the regions of the Far East, the Arctic zone, and countries of the Asia-Pacific region. It will become an important platform for supporting young talents and popularizing classical music. I am confident that through our joint efforts, the project will gain wide recognition and make an impact both at the federal and international levels,” — said Aisen Nikolaev.
